As a small independent brand still growing, all sales are final and we're currently unable to offer returns or exchanges. We hope to provide more flexible options as we continue to grow, and we truly appreciate your understanding and support. It means everything to us.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please reach out to us at inbetween@yeeell.jp within 7 days with your order number and a photo and we'll do our best to make it right.
In Between reserves the right to assess and determine genuine fault in the clothing.

Order changes & cancellations are only possible before your order has been processed. If you need to make a change, please contact us as soon as possible at inbetween@yeeell.jp and we'll do our best to help.

SHIPPING
We ship within Japan only at a flat rate of ¥800. We're so grateful for the interest and support from outside Japan — we're looking into international shipping and will share updates when we have them.
Until then, we recommend placing an international order using https://www.tenso.com/en. Create an account, receive a local Japanese address, and input those details in your order. We will then ship your package to the tenso warehouse in Japan, and tenso will ship directly to your address abroad. For more information, please visit the tenso website.
Fulfilment times vary by product — please check the individual product page for estimated dispatch times before ordering. Once shipped, you'll receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your order along the way.
