While we can’t offer direct international shipping just yet due to high costs, we’ve created a simple guide to help you shop in between using Tenso, a forwarding service! 🩵
HOW TO ORDER USING TENSO
1. Sign up at tenso.com. You'll get a Tenso address and member number TS**** — save this!

2. Verify your ID
Before your packages can be shipped, you’ll need to complete ID verification (passport, driver’s license, etc.). This usually takes around 2 business days, so we recommend doing this first!
3. Shop on the in between site as usual
At checkout, enter your Tenso address and member number as your shipping address.

4. We’ll ship your order to the Tenso warehouse in Japan
From there, Tenso will forward your package directly to your home address.
